ViaFluor™ 488 is a green fluorescent taxol probe with excitation/emission at 500/515 nm that allows fluorescent staining of microtubules in living cells for detection in the FITC channel. Supplied at 1000X in DMSO, with a vial of 100 mM verapamil, which can enhance staining in some cell types.

Mix-n-Stain™ Antibody Labeling Kits are a revolutionary antibody labeling technology that allows you to label your antibody with one of our superior CF dyes in 30 minutes without a purification step. The labeling procedure tolerates many common buffer components and antibody stabilizers. Choose from kit sizes to label 5-20 ug, 20-50 ug, or 50-100 ug of your antibody. CF dyes are Biotium's line of next-generation fluorescent dyes with advantages in brightness, photostability, and conjugate specificity compared to other fluorescent dyes. UV-excitable blue fluorescent CF350 dye has excitation/emission at 347/448 nm. Note: Conjugates of blue fluorescent dyes like CF350, CF405S, and CF405M are not recommended for detecting low abundance targets, because blue dyes have lower fluorescence and can give higher non-specific background than other dye colors.

Biotium MitoView™ Green, Trial Size (50 UG)
MitoView™ dyes are membrane-permeant fluorogenic stains that rapidly accumulate in mitochondria of live cells. They can be imaged without washing, and are available with blue, green, far-red, and near-infrared fluorescence.MitoView™ Green is a green fluorescent mitochondrial dye (Ex/Em 490/520 nm) similar to MitoTracker Green FM. The dye is non-fluorescent until it paritions into the mitochondrial membrane. The staining relies on mitochondrial mass, not on mitochondrial membrane potential (MMP) and can therefore be used in both live cells and fixed cells.
